This jar is dedicated to Imseti, one of the four Sons of Horus, depicted with a human head. It was intended to safeguard the liver of the deceased and bears a hieroglyphic inscription incised and painted in blue-green, identifying the owner: the Osiris, father of the god Amun-Ra, Shedhor, justified.

This 3D model was created in collaboration with the Museo Egizio in Turin with the support of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze.
